By accessing or using Curb Check™ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Curb Check is operated by HJS Auto LLC.

What Curb Check Is

Curb Check is a self-guided vehicle inspection tool designed to help buyers organize their observations during a pre-purchase walkthrough. It provides checklists, AI-assisted analysis, VIN lookup, and report generation.

Curb Check is not a licensed inspection service and does not employ or dispatch professional mechanics or inspectors. All content, estimates, and AI-generated analysis are for general informational purposes only.

Your Use of the Service

You agree to use Curb Check only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the Service
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content through any form or AI input
• Attempt to circumvent payment requirements through unauthorized means
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality

Payments & Refunds

Curb Check Pass ($4.99) — A one-time purchase that unlocks a full AI-powered inspection for a single session. Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us and we will resolve it.

Curb Check+ ($9.99/month) — A monthly subscription for unlimited inspections. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

AI-Generated Content

Curb Check uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) to generate repair estimates, negotiation advice, and inspection summaries. This content is automatically generated and not reviewed by a human before being displayed to you.

AI estimates may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not applicable to your specific situation. Always verify important information with a qualified professional before making a purchase decision.

Intellectual Property

All content on Curb Check — including the name, logo, checklists, design, and code — is the property of HJS Auto LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of it without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curb Check and HJS Auto LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to vehicle purchase decisions made based on information provided through the app.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
